Job Description: ***THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD***

Under direction from the Property Book Supervisor, orders, receives, stores, and issues property, equipment and supplies to customers for use on the contract. Ensures the proper hand receipting, documentation, processing and delivery of all supplies and property ordered and received in the Property Book section.

Inspects and reviews all incoming property and supplies for property classification, identification and hand receipting. Marks property with Government ownership using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment. Utilizes the Government provided automated Property system to account for property and supplies. Maintains supporting document files of all property issued for use to include expendable/durables, tools and non-expendable equipment. Cleans and maintains supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with
safety and Government supply regulations. Maintains and orders expendable supplies as needed. Must support a healthy and safe work environment.
